Base Earnings

A competitive base split on every client you coach — paid monthly, no caps, no deductions. The more clients you serve, the more you earn.

LAYER 02
Retention Reward

Coaches who build lasting relationships are rewarded for it. When a client stays, you earn a meaningful bonus at the 12-month mark.

LAYER 03
Long-Term Loyalty Bonus

When a client renews for a second year, you earn an additional bonus — because clients who stay are the result of your work, not the company's.

Specific rates, projections, and the full coach agreement are reviewed privately with qualified applicants — not published publicly. This protects both the coach and the company.
